NDIS Physiotherapy
For clients on the NDIS Scheme. Contact us via email or phone call prior to booking. We accept self-managed and plan managed participants. Please provide NDIS number, dates and plan manager contact details prior to your initial appointment.
This appointment type includes a detailed assessment, treatment plan and exercise prescription where necessary. Treatment modalities can be requested but are used at the discretion of the Physiotherapist.
What can be treated
- Musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory and neurological conditions. Treatment will have the aim of increasing function and community participation aligned with your NDIS goals.
What to bring
- Your details, plan manager details and support coordinator details, please contact prior to your appointment to fill out appropriate documentation. Previous reports, imaging, doctors letters which may help your assessment.
Session Time
- Please allow 1 hour for initial and subsequent consults unless advised otherwise.
