Assessment, treatment and exercise prescription. All private health funds accepted.
Private Physiotherapy
A bulk-billed appointment requiring a GP referral. Includes assessment, treatment and exercise prescription.
Medicare Referral
A workers-compensation or CTP insurance claim. Includes assessment, treatment and exercise prescription. Accepted only with a claim number and case-manager contact.
Insurance (WC and CTP) Consultation
For NDIS participants with funding allocated for Physiotherapy Services under early-childhood and therapeutic supports. Includes assessment, ongoing-treatment and documentation as needed.
